One of my favorite police car model kits is the ‘Smokey The Convoy Chaser’. This model is based on the 1976 Dodge Dart and was originally issued in 1977 by MPC (Model Products Corporation) as a 1:25 scale plastic model kit.
The kit was later released by AMT (Aluminum Model Toys) as the ‘Smokey Police Car’ 1:25 scale model kit.
You can still find both of these kits for sale on ebay. Expect to pay more for the original Convoy Chaser kits.
